Responsibilities, Payments, and Cancellations
RESPONSIBILITIES
ABOVE AND BEYOND TOURS and/or its agents for the traveler with respect to all travel and tour arrangements. Therefore, ABOVE AND BEYOND and/or its agents cannot be held responsible for the service of any commercial or private carrier, hotel, or other operator used in connection with its tours, whether by delays, changes of itinerary, loss, or accident to passengers or baggage occasioned by such carrier or operator from whatever cause. All tickets are issued and all arrangements are made subject to all above terms and conditions; by participating in a tour you are deemed to consent to these. All rates are quoted based on current prices and exchange rates at the time of printing and are subject to change until final payment is received.
INDEPENDENT TRAVEL
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: $100 per person deposit at time of booking. Final payment due 45 days prior to departure. Late payments subject to $50 fee. 1st change is free, additional changes $25 per person. Cancellations at least 45 days prior - $50; 15-45 days prior - 25% of package; within 14 days 50% of package. Additional cancellation fees/restrictions may apply. Packages do not include airline departure taxes. Airline tickets are bound to the penalties and restrictions of applicable fare. We reserve the right to alter itineraries and substitute properties of equal or greater value. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
GROUP TRAVEL
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS: $250 per person deposit at time of booking. Final payment due 60 days prior to departure. Late payments subject to $50 fee. 1st change is free, additional changes $25 per person. Cancellations at least 60 days prior - $100; 30-59 days prior $200; 3-29 days prior - 50% of land; no refund within 2 days. Additional cancellation fees may apply. Packages do not include airline departure taxes. Airline tickets are bound to the penalties and restrictions of applicable fares. We reserve the right to alter itineraries and substitute properties of equal or greater value. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
