Each of our selected Sydney hotels boast a premium location near the various Mardi Gras activities and events. As such, each hotel imposes a compulsory surcharge for up to five nights during the Mardi Gras period which is incorporated in our package prices. Additional Sydney hotel pricing is available on request.

Deposits: A deposit of $500 per person is required to confirm. Final payment is Dec 1. Late payments are subject to $50 fee. First change is free; additional changes are $25 per person.
Cancellations: Prior to Dec 1 - $250; Dec 1 to 45 days prior - $500; 3 to 44 days prior – 50% of the land; no refund within 2 days of departure. Package prices do not include airline taxes or fuel surcharges which change daily until the ticket is purchased. Airline tickets are bound to the penalties and restrictions of the applicable fares.
Package pricing is based on an exchange rate of NZ $1.00 = US $.60 and AU $1.00 = US $.75 and is subject to adjustment until final payment is received.
